I was lucky enough to go to Paris in Spetmeber and go to Laduree on the Champs Elysee and eat my ody weight in coconut macarons...they are the most amazing thin I have ever eaten! :)

Those look scrumptious! I've been wanting to bake these for a while now, but have yet to take a stab at it.
